
Bacon Wrapped Pierogi

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Simply Pierogi
- 12 slices bacon (1/2 slice per pieróg)
- Garlic Powder
- Brown Sugar
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- Parsley (to garnish)
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pierogi and boil for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove pierogi with a slotted spoon and set aside on a plate.

Wrap half a slice of bacon on each pieróg.

Sprinkle with garlic powder and brown sugar. Add pepper to taste.

Place pierogi in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 425F for 16 minutes, turning them once.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Serve with sour cream or your favorite dip.
