
Pierogi Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Simply Pierogi
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- Garnish with sour cream and cilantro
Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pierogi and boil for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove pierogi with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Place pierogi on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spoon salsa over pierogi and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Place in the oven under broil for few minutes (until the cheese is melted and bubbly)

Garnish with the olives and freshly chopped cilantro.

Serve with salsa and sour cream.
