Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pierogi and cook stirring occasionally for 6 minutes.
Remove pierogi from the water and set aside.
Heat up some olive oil in a pan.
Add bell peppers, onions and garlic. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add cooked sausages and chicken broth.
Add boiled pierogi and cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
