  • 1 pkg. Simply Pierogi
  • 12 slices bacon (1/2 slice per pieróg)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Brown Sugar
  • Freshly Ground Pepper
  • Parsley (to garnish)


  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pierogi and boil for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Remove pierogi with a slotted spoon and set aside on a plate.

  3. Wrap half a slice of bacon on each pieróg.

  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder and brown sugar. Add pepper to taste.

  5. Place pierogi in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 425F for 16 minutes, turning them once.

  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

  7. Serve with sour cream or your favorite dip.
