Did you know that you can open a delicious fast casual restaurant using our pierogi?! Most people are accustomed to fast casual restaurants like Moes, Chipotle, or Subway but what about a Polish style pierogi bar?! We’re excited to bring you a brand new concept of Polish fast casual food.
Here’s the concept! The first step is it to choose your favorite flavor of pierogi (popular options include potato & fried onion, farmer’s cheese, or sauerkraut). Next, add your protein! Offer delicious options like chicken schnitzel, kielbasa, or pulled pork. Freshen it up with delicious toppings like caramelized onions, mushrooms, banana peppers, cheese, fresh chives, & more. Last but not least, top the bowl with some homemade sauces like dill sauce or Buffalo chipotle! Smacznego! Enjoy your meal!

They are serving Simply Pierogi at their restaurant in delicious “build your own pierogi bowls”. You can also enjoy beer & wine as well as an outdoor patio at their location!
